Rainsong Retreat

Rainsong Retreat

Auckland

Rainsong Retreat is located in Waimauku, only 25 minutes from Auckland Central.

The architecturally designed eco-American barn is stylishly decorated, with every luxury considered.

The romantic retreat includes a super Californian king-size bed and a luxurious ensuite bathroom. A kitchenette leads onto a spacious porch, complete with an outdoor bath and a tranquil outlook. The roomy lounge and dining area with a large wood burner is perfect for less clement weather. A spiral staircase leads to a cosy nook in the rafters.

On a fine day, relax on the porch in the shade and take in the view over the pretty wetlands and ponds. Home to frogs, birdlife and native trees, it's hard to believe that this peaceful retreat is only a short drive from the centre of the city. You'll feel miles from anywhere.

Please note that while Rainsong Retreat is lovely post-wedding accommodation to decompress after an exciting day, it is not appropriate for pre-wedding preparations due to the resource consent for the accommodation only allowing two guests on the property at a time.
