Our campsites are open and operating safely at this time.

If you live in New Zealand and we are unable to host you due to your stay being affected by an Alert Level 3 or 4 status, you will be offered a refund or postponement. If you live outside New Zealand (ie from Australia or Rarotonga), please arrange your own travel insurance as our standard cancellation policy will apply.

Minimum night stay requirements are outlined clearly under the Rates and Extras section on each glamping site's listing page. They are also reflected in the booking calendar. The minimum night requirements are strictly adhered to and there are no exceptions.
