Ica View is located 35 minutes east of Masterton and just over two hours from Wellington.

Unwind in a cosy barrel cabin nestled within the gentle undulations of rolling farmland hills. It's the ultimate getaway, far removed from the hustle and bustle.

The accommodation is made up of three separate buildings connected via a pathway. The main barrel cabin features a comfy queen bed and a warming wood burner. A covered lean-to kitchen a few metres away is where you can cook up a storm in the fresh country air. The bathroom is also located only a few steps away. 

While away the hours enjoying the everchanging views of the countryside from the deck or gently swaying in the hammock with a good book. When day turns to night, treat yourself to a luxurious soak in the hot outdoor bath under a sparkling sky.

If you're lucky enough to stay on a clear evening, you may even see the incredible Milky Way.

    Ica View is self-catering. Just bring your own food and drink, and cook meals using the gas cooktop and BBQ provided. You'll find all the cutlery, crockery, pots and pans that you'll need.

    The Riversdale Beach Store is a convenient 15-minute drive, perfect for takeaways or icecream. 

    If you're looking for a coffee or treat, Trocadero Coffee Bar and The Watermill Bakery are highly recommended.

    Ica Station is a property steeped in history, and Alex and Mel have called this place home for four wonderful years. They love its rich heritage, lush greenery, serene water dams, and diverse wildlife. Mel, a mother and talented hairdresser, brings her nurturing touch to the Ica View glamping experience, while Alex's expertise as a farmer ensures an authentic connection to the land.

    The name "Ica View" carries a special meaning, as "Ica" represents the farm's history, and the view showcases the accommodation's prime location on the side of a hill. 

    You'll be well taken care of during your stay at Ica View. The lovely Jolene is a crucial part of the team and ensures each guest receives the Ica View experience.
